The hotel staff was outstanding. Especially manager Marlon. We checked in and quickly realized that the ongoing renovations were going to be a problem. Marlon and his staff made sure we were taken care of. He allowed us to cancel our stay, apologized, and gave a full refund quickly. While I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel at the moment, once the renovations are completed, based solely upon the service we received, this will be our preferred hotel when we visit this area again.

It was aight. The staff were very nice, the rooms were fine aside from a leaky faucet, the breakfast was edible if not incredible. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I be particularly thrilled about it? Nah.
Stayed here for a few nights last week, and thought it was great. I had booked it a while back, and before the stay we read the reviews online, and were quite concerned. However, all were unfounded in our experience. That said, they are undertaking renovations, so experiences may differ. We stayed in a very recently refurbished room on the 5th floor and it was great - comfortable beds, great air con, lovely shower etc. Breakfast was plentiful and we never had any issues finding a parking spot and weren't disturbed by any renovation noise. Pool was great and location was handy for all we wished to see & do in Raleigh (Art Museum, Pullen Park, Museum of Natural Sciences) and lots of restaurant options nearby.
The location to this hotel is good. The hotel is undergoing renovations. The rooms decor is dated with paint peeling etc, but the bed was comfy, the TV was nice. The omelet for breakfast and redskin potatoes with the sausage was above average compared to other Hampton Inns. Check in was easy.
Hampton Inn is the place to stay I travel for work and we are given a room to stay at multiple Hampton locations. Breakfast is ready in the mornings. Check in is always quick and painless. Room was clean and nice as well as the restroom too.
My family was in town for my daughter’s soccer games and we experienced a few issues with our room. Michelle handled everything with exceptional care and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We sincerely appreciate her help.
This place was great. I slept very comfortably at this hotel. The room was clean and stocked. The bed was comfortable. The employees were kind and checked me in with no issues. They even offer free coffee in the lobby and had a nice selection of complimentary breakfast. I would come back 100%. I don’t know what the other reviews were talking about. I had everything I needed here. Maybe those people are too high maintenance.
